Friends of the Family’s employment program provides education and awareness to employers about the effects of trauma in the workplace, which can increase productivity and decrease staff turnover.
SAFE WORKPLACE PARTNERSHIP FOR SURVIVORS OF VIOLENCE
Friends of the Family’s employment program provides employment focused advocacy for survivors of violence that need assistance with maintaining employment while coping through their trauma, as well as obtaining employment that will assist people in becoming self-sufficient.
If you are experiencing abuse at home and are having difficulties in maintaining your job, experiencing performance issues, your abuser is showing up at work, or other job related issues due to the violence you are experiencing, please contact Lea at [email protected].
