You can contact us confidentially by filling out the form below. All form submissions are reviewed by our trained staff and we are ready to answer any questions you have. We try to be as responsive as possible, and will return your message within 2-3 business days.

If you need our housing services or support, please call our Housing Services Hotline at 319-233-3094. If you are a victim, please our 24/7 Victim Services Hotline at 319-352-0037. If calling is not an option, you can reach the Iowa Victim Call Center by texting "IOWAHELP" to 20121 to access their live chat feature. *Please note, all returned calls from Friends of the Family will come from a blocked number.*
